SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING COST IS INCLUDED WITH EACH ITEM. Shipping is via USPS First Class mail with delivery confirmation. For your piece of mind and ours all packages are insured. Items are shipped in a padded box or in a padded envelope. Items are shipped promptly, usually within 2-3 business days. Allow more time around the holidays.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your jewelry and art. If you are not happy with any aspect of your purchase we will work with you to work out a solution you are happy with. Returns or exchanges may be made within 30 days of receipt. No returns for customer error. Credit will be made in the original form of payment. Items must be returned in the original condition and well packed. Shipping fees are not refundable unless there was an error on our part. We are also happy to make exchanges for another item.

Our return policy on sale items is the same as for regularly priced items.
Custom jewelry or jewelry which has been sized or changed at your request is not refundable, but we will work with you and do our best to make you happy with your purchase.

PAYMENT METHOD
Payments for products are to be made at time of purchase via the options provided. If you are unable to pay via the available options, please contact us and we will gladly assist you with other options you are comfortable with. Custom orders will require a 50% payment upfront. If canceled, the shop keeps 25% for our time, supplies and services.

Energy services are paid for upon completion of the service with exception to distance services, which will require upfront payment.
